So I have been trying to think of different ways to emphasize just how important empowerment is, and not just for women. Being resilient is not about being strong physically, but more so overcoming challenges in life.

To me, resilience is about being proud of how far you have come, and looking back on everything you have worked for. No matter who you are, or where you come from, you should be proud that you are original, and have accomplishments that are unique. I want to share something that people should be proud of every week- from problems.

5 Things to do While in Quarantine

While the Coronavirus is circulating, I hope everyone is staying safe and keeping a reasonable distance from others. Remember to wash your hands frequently and stay in QT (Quarantine) to make sure that YOU stay healthy.
